Colorado Special Investigations is contracted by the Colorado Alternate Defense Counsel. Being contracted by the ADC, we have an obligation to assist through professional legal investigative representation those who are being criminally held responsible for a crime and ultimately facing confinement for that alleged crime. We are dedicated at providing the accused the same commitment that victims of a crime are afforded during an on-going criminal investigation.

We conduct ourselves through professional investigative standards approved by the ADC and the attorneys contracted by the ADC. Our contract investigators have the knowledge of the Colorado Criminal Revised Statutes, rules of evidentiary procedure, and trial processes of the Colorado Criminal Justice System. These investigators independently plan, research and conduct criminal investigations and then prepares the case components for defense presentation in court. Our contract investigators use traditional investigative techniques and scientific methods while examining individual cases.
