Many times a process service company provides customers two to three options to choose from in the world of process service. We allow our customers to choose what they feel is the best choice to fit their needs.   • Within 20 miles of city limits.
  • No mileage fee attached to this service.

Process Service Option 3: Personal Service - Flat Fee - One Attempt Only

  • Colorado Springs Metro, Denver Metro, Glenwood Springs, Breckenridge only (Includes Fountain and Manitou Springs
  • No mileage fee attached to this service.

Process Service Option 4: Personal Service - Flat Fee

  • Colorado Springs (includes Fountain and Manitou Springs), Denver Metro, Breckenridge and Glenwood Springs Only.
  • No mileage fee attached to this service.

Process Service Option 5: Additional Service of Process Areas - Colorado Only

  • Denver, Pueblo, El Paso, Teller, Douglas, Fremont, Arapahoe Counties.
  • No mileage fee attached to this service.

Process Service Option 6: Personal Service - Flat Fee - Guaranteed

  • Colorado Springs, Fountain, Glenwood Springs, Denver and Manitou Springs.
  • No mileage fee attached to this service.

Process Service Option 7:Priority-Expidited-Special Service

  • Attempts start within one hour of receipt. Special requests for delivery are honored.
  • No mileage fee attached to this service.

Process Service Option 8: Personal Service - Flat Fee - Frisco, Breckenridge, Glenwood Springs, Greeley, Ft. Collins, Boulder and Summit County

  • Attempts start within 48 hours of receipt.
  • At least three attempts are conducted within 48 hours of receipt.
  • No mileage fee is attached to this service.

Process Service Option 9: Priority-Expedited Service - Frisco, Breckenridge, Garfield and Summit County.

  • Attempts start within 4 hours of receipt.
  • At least three attempts are conducted within 48 hours of receipt.
  • No mileage fee is attached to this service within 20 miles of city limits.

Process Service Option 10: Personal Service - Flat Fee - Vail Valley, Eagle Valley, Aspen and Pitkin County

  • Attempts start within 48 hours of receipt.
  • At least three attempts are conducted within 48 hours of receipt.
  • No mileage fee is attached to this service within 20 miles of city limits.

Process Service Option 11: Personal Service - Expedited

  • Attempts start within 4 hours of receipt.
  • At least three attempts are conducted within 48 hours of receipt.
  • No mileage fee is attached to this service within 20 miles of city limits.

Process Service Option 12: Process Service with Skip Trace for Front Range Only

  • Attempts start within 48 hours of receipt.
  • If the service is not provided through our company and/or is outside the state of Colorado after we locate your subject, our basic skip-trace service fee will be invoiced at the regular skip trace rate.

Process Service Option 13: Process Service with Skip Trace for Outside Front Range Service

  • Attempts start within 48 hours of receipt.
  • If the service is not provided through our company and/or is outside the state of Colorado after we locate your subject, our basic skip-trace service fee will be invoiced at the regular skip trace rate.
  • Mileage fee may apply.

All documents are to be faxed, mailed or emailed to the corporate office to initiate service unless otherwise directed. Any fax or emailed papers more than 20 pages will be assessed a copy fee. If documents must be picked up due to direct filing of originals and affidavit to the county clerk, an additional service fee is applied. Copies will be immediately delivered to your office after filing.
